Great location clean quite close to the beach just needed a little tweaking ☺️

I very much like the location. I’m very close to the beach. I’m very close to the laundry. I’m very close to the groceries. I’m very close to downtown Ogunquit. The unit was very clean. Plenty of towels etc.

The futon couch is incredibly uncomfortable. The bed way too firm and uncomfortable. The double heating plate is old and rusty. I added a few cushions for the futon. I added a memory foam mattress topper. I added an electric skillet and new single heating plate. I added taller trash container. I made the unit a bit more comfortable for an extended stay.
