Right at Mutrah Souq entrance, across from Corniche & port; walk to Mutrah Fort, museums, eateries. rooftop has panoramic sea/port views, great for sunrise or sunset

Limited parking: Hard to find nearby; paid parking often needed during weakday but for week end free of charge

The location of the Hotel was nice, right in front of the corniche, with an awesome view. Also, the staff were friendly, respectful, and cooperative.

The below tea cafe is 24h opend and very noisy at night, it will disturb your sleep especially if you take the room on the first floor. the wifi was so bad (and not stable, it will disconnect and reconnect multiple times during the hour), it was so bad and weak to the extent that you can not watch a single youtube video on the tv, also, people need to know that there is no active subscription of any platform (netflix, Prime, disney .. etc), you have only normal tv channel available. The service at the hotel is not that good, as there is no cleaning for the room during the stay (they did not even collect the trash). Car Parking is not available; you need to find a parking spot on the corniche on your own, and given how busy the area is during the day, you will really struggle to find a parking spot (people double park everywhere just waiting for an empty slot to be available) And for EV car owners, the charger near the hotel is unfortunately inactive (this was one of the main points why I chose that hotel), so you should charge you car somewhere else
