Operation & Travel     6    Driver and towing experience required – only approved drivers/tow vehicles may move the trailer.     7    Speed limit when towing: 55mph max for safety.     8    No off-road towing unless explicitly approved.     9    Weight limits for garage and ramp door must be respected.     10    Secure all items and toys before towing to avoid damage. Utilities & Systems     11    Black/gray water tanks must be emptied before return (or a dumping fee will apply). 12 Toy hauler will be rented out with a full tank of 91 octane fuel but renter will be required to refill fuel - if returned empty or less than full, fees will apply     13    Propane tanks should be returned full or a refill fee will apply.     14    Only RV-safe toilet paper allowed — no wipes or paper towels. Cleaning & Care     15    The toy hauler must be returned clean inside and out — including floors, kitchen, and bathroom.     16    Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately.     17    No harsh chemicals or bleach on surfaces. Security & Responsibility     18    Renter is responsible for all damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.     19    No unauthorized drivers or renters.     20    Deposit will be withheld or partially refunded based on inspection results.     21    Late returns may incur a fee (specify amount per hour). Emergency & Contact     22    In case of breakdown or accident, contact me immediately — do not attempt roadside repairs without approval.     23    A rental walkthrough will be done at pickup and return to document condition
