The location is fabulous and our room was beautifully appointed, with the best towels we’ve ever had! The staff were very accommodating and helped us make reservations.
While we booked with breakfast, if you want to eat before 10am, you get food brought to your room and items were forgotten. Just not worth the cost. This is the only reason we don’t give the hotel 10/10

The two bedroom was fantastic, excellent location, delicious breakfast and very welcoming and warm staff.
Beware the washing machines. On the day of check out I washed my clothes well in advance before check out. The cleaner didn’t realise my clothes were still in there and ran a load causing my clothes to get stuck in there when I needed to get to the airport. It created a highly stressful situation as the team tried to assist in getting them out but the machines don’t have an emergency release option.
They are kindly organising to send them to my next location but now I have many days without my only workout clothes which is a huge inconvenience. I appreciate the effort of the team to assist however and they have been communicating with me constantly regarding the delivery of my items.

The location , facilities and staff were fantastic. It’s a nice hotel and the new residences apartments were we stayed were great
We took two dogs and the prices for them staying were crazy high. The cost of the dogs staying was more than two adults which was insane. Charging 75 euros per night per dog is ludicrous and is a reason not to stay again and recommend no one to stay whilst the cost of dogs staying is more than humans
