It’s position in the centre of Granada. The welcome was lovely and the service throughout was exemplary. Beautiful rooms very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A localização é excelente, vai- se a pe a todas as atrações. O atendimento é perfeito, os funcionários sao gentis e super prestativos. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, banheiro também. Fomos ao restaurante do hotel INIZIO que é imperdível. Tem que fazer reserva antes.
Gostei de tudo, se tivesse que fazer uma observação seria no cafe da manha, onde itens simples como manteiga e sucos, que poderiam já estar na mesa, sao servidos, o que pode deixar serviço um pouco lento. Mas tudo é irrelevante considerando todo.

A very nice, clean hotel in a great location.
The staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous, always smiling and happy to help. Daniel in particular went out of his way to help me, I would like to thank him for going over and above, much appreciated.
