Great location, across the street from the cathedral. Brand new luxury hotel with all the high end features you would expect from 5 star establishment.
Service needs improvements. Maybe the hotel is still getting up to speed (the hotel is brand new, open May-June 2026) but housekeeping was not up to par and required multiple complaints to get a proper service. The staff on reception and the restaurant is very friendly and diligent but lacks of experience you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
