Staff checked me in with a smile and was always helpful, thank you guys! The room was quiet and the bed was comfy, the shower and AC worked flawlessly. The room was crisp and clean and I slept like a baby. I was on a business trip and the location was great. Restaurants, stores and underground stations all within walking distance. Right next to the hotel you'll find St Dunstan-in-the-East where you can watch some squirrels and take a break from the hectic big city life.
The WiFi is unencrypted. I used my mobile hotspot for all sensitive online activity like online banking and checking my mailbox as I didn't trust the security of the WiFi. Breakfast was very convenient but also pretty basic. While possible the rather small rooms are not really designed for remote work on a laptop.

The saff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and the areas were great to get around inside and out, and continental breakfast was excellent with lovely coffee.
Ideal as I was in a wheelchair thanks very much.
No kettle in rooms, but tea or coffee available from bistro 24hours a day free, but they will fill a small flask for you to take up to your room and also give you the coffee milk t bags don't let this put you off its great place. Xx
