Location was great. So close to the marina with bars and pubs. And nice walking distance to the beach.
Nice touch to leaving a care package of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and the yummy Welsh cakes. Thank you!
Good size and lay out. Nice and modern.
Options for games
Not anything I didn’t like but maybe tweaks.
There is only one key. It also is a key lock for the inside so our problem was some were awake early to go for a walk so either having to leave the door unlocked or lock everyone else in which is fire hazard. Just maybe something to think of.
Certain doors didn’t shut like the doors had swollen.
Would be nice to have an option of two single beds in one room.
And not enough seats for everyone to eat together.

The location, modern furnishing , comfortable beds , welcome basket, communication with the host., ease of retrieving the key. Well equipped . Simple to use showers and 3 good bathrooms. Full laundry facilities .
Only 6 dining chairs for a house that advertised could sleep 12. Our party of 9, had to use the breakfast area as overflow. Steep steps over 3 floors . The bedroom window at the back on the ground floor would not open. The terrace space was exceptionally small.
