Breakfast was superb, location was great.
Property starting to look tired, however it is a spacious multi roomed apartment and was quite novel.

We didnt have much of a view of the marina as theres a building being built across the road

Location was nice on the water front.
You are met with a lot of flies at the entrance as it’s located next to bins. Once through the communal door there was lots about the property that was broken (door to get in, hob). Sofas tired and heavily stained, broken chairs on the balcony. Crockery was dirty. Felt like a student flat but paid 5* price. Poor value for money.
