Perfect location, so clean and comfortable. Wicked beds, full facilities hosts really good above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!
Double bed with on suite and mini balcony, 2nd room with twin beds and a bathroom next to it. Huge lounge with comfy sofa and stunning location on waterfront just 3 min walk with a busy town center just 15 min walk. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway! Wish we could stay longer.
Only 1 parking space, but there us a parking building 1 street away that locks overnight and is only £5 for 24hrs so it worked out great.
I didn't realise it was on the 4th floor but there is an elevator.

Property is much more spacious than the photos show. We were a bit concerned we wouldn't be able to sit around a table to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner but there is a small table with 2 chairs and 2 stools that could be used (not obvious in the photos). Balcony was great, also bigger than expected (narrow but wide). It's a very bright/light apartment!
No blackout blinds in main bedroom so we were awakened by daylight early each day (blinds wouldn't have helped anyway as we had to sleep with the balcony door open as it was the tail end of a heatwave)!
Frustratingly, the host wasn't proactive in returning the security deposit which has to be sent via bank transfer. When I remembered to chase for it (and send my bank details), I was told 'as per the booking.com listing we only return it once you send us your bank details' (I wonder how many people forget!?). Sadly in the pre-checkout message the host thinks it's more important to encourage reviews to be left than to remind you to send your bank details to get your money back. I did eventually get my deposit back but had to chase a 2nd time when I realised a few weeks later that I still hadn't had the refund.

Cleanliness, location was superb
Wifi is sometimes slower and we are not able to connect as we were only connecting two mobiles

It was clean and tidy, location is perfect!
We paid via paypal deposit never received it back! And we left the apartment clean but they lied to keep the deposit!
