The apartment suited our needs for our stay in Swansea.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Very quiet location. Easy walk into town. Easy walk to beach front.

Nice modern apartment.

Modern. Clean. Warm. Nice touches for guests. Self check-in. Host responsive.

All the widows and balcony doors were sticking. Maybe, because it was early Spring and quite cold?

Perfect location, views, and apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern in design. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee making facilities, lovely towels, and even face cloths for removing makeup. The two bathrooms were modern and very well appointed. The views are beautiful, and the two balconies were a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for beach walks or good restaurants and bars. The apartment is within walking distance of the Swansea Areana.

Beautiful, spotless apartment in the heart of all things Swansea! Literally minutes to get to anywhere including the beach, the New Arena, LC2, Singleton Park, Swansea University & shopping! Excellent communication with owner Gerry.

Fabulous apartment

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Very modern and comfy apartment with the little luxuries that make it extra special.

Although there was allocated parking for the apartment it wasn't included in the price and you were required to pay an extra £7.50 per day

lovely stay, great location, can be in the town or at the Beach in minutes! lovely apartment

Location is excellent, just a very short stroll to the local shop for bits and pieces, lots of places to eat and drink and into town for the shops and cinema, and of course the beach! Apartment has a great view overlooking the marina. Lift up to the apartment so easy to access. Kitchen has all you would need, plus some treats on arrival- we did enjoy the welsh cakes! TV in each room, lovely bathroom and shower room as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

A must Stay Apartment

Most amazing views of the marina, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Great food and bars close by. Didnt use the car at all everything was within walking distance including the fantastic beach. The apartment was really well located.

I wouldnt change a thing.

A gorgeous, cosy place to stay and idea for a couple,there’s a balcony so be careful with small kids

The easy of location and access, Gerry was very clear with his instructions- we loved the Welshcakes on arrival.

We had to empty the bins on check out and it seemed conditional in order to get the deposit back. It’s a small request but when we travel, usually emptying bins isn’t part of the package.

Lovely apartment

Lovely bright apartment, on the 4th floor with amazing views. Has 2 good sized double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for us as we were travelling with our adult son. Easy check in and out. We only used the kitchen for drinks but seemed to have everything you might need. The whole apartment has the most beautiful shiny tiled floor which makes it look quite special!

Spacious, cozy and great views!

Nice, quiet location ideal for short walks to the beach, marina and city centre. Spacious yet cozy with high ceilings which makes it bright and airy with lovely views. Gerry was very responsive before and during our stay which made for a relaxing, stress free short break. There were 2 adults and two children (10 and 11) and was perfect for our needs.

Perfect place to stay.

The property is spotlessly clean, well-furnished and modern with everything you need for a perfect break. The location is ideal with a lovely view of the marina and lots of bars and restaurants all around. Four of us stayed for a girlie weekend and it was spacious and totally ideal for what we wanted . We loved it . The owner is very helpful and gives clear instructions and advice. Complimentary tea and coffee and jam etc was available which is worth knowing as we had taken our own. We didn’t need to use any of it but it was a lovely touch . Towels were provided and a basket of dark face cloths too, to avoid getting make up etc on the white towels. We will def visit again.

There is only one allocated parking space at the property so it’s worth knowing if you are taking more than one car as we did .

Lovely apartment

Lovely a clean, gorgeous views of the marina in a very quiet location. We had a lovely stay.

The only thing for us was the mattresses were a bit too soft. But appreciate that to get a mattress to suit every individual need, would be very difficult.
