Train station is at only 2 min. At the door steps of the building there is a Carrefour express and many fast food options and down the street, there is a good and fine restaurant. In the apartment, you will find coffee, tea, and basic utensils needed. The bed is comfortable.
It's very good for 1 person, but it might be quite hard for 2.

La communication avec le propriétaire était très bonne. Les réponses très rapides. L'emplacement est parfait si vous arrivez en train. C'est à 2 pas de la gare. C'est petit mais tout est là. L'appartement n'était pas trop chaud malgré la canicule.
J'ai du attendre plus d'une demi-heure là dame pour la remise des clés, alors que j'avais donné mon heure d'arrivée. Et d'après les commentaires je ne suis pas le premier.
De plus l'appartement n'était pas très propre (vaisselle, frigo...).
Le hall de l'immeuble et l'ascenseur ne sentaient pas bon du tout mais ça le propriétaire n'y est pour rien.
