The size, the number of beds and free parking

Great location, and always clean. Includes everything you could possibly need for a short stay.
Each time we have come, the cleaner who's door bell you have to ring to get let in never answers (three bookings now) so instead we have to wait for someone else to enter the building and then tailgate them - can be frustrating and a minor inconvenience
Unfortunately towels are not great and would recommend taking your own (first 2 visits they were old and smelt musty as if put away wet which meant your skin would then smell, last trip brand new but not washed so covered your whole body in blue fluff - we had to then use a face washer to wipe our bodies down)

Location
That we were given 2 directions to our car park and both were wrong. We couldn’t call anyone as there was no service in the basement. After driving around for 40 mins, we found our car park.
The towels were cheap, small Kmart towels. The pillows were also of poor quality and were about 5cm wide.
For $500+ a night, I expect better quality.
