Dangerous neighborhood, threats of violence and criminal negligence
The backyard was nice and large…
The pool / hot tub area has mold and mildew because it’s not vented besides the windows and sliding doors (not proper ventilation - exhaust fans or rooftop vent), the cleaning staff/guest coordinator is rude, and is a little egotistical, we found a drug baggie with what appeared to be cocaine hidden in the home along with several cigarette butts and ashes, and the fish tank was horribly taken care of, but none of that compares to the complete ignorance of the state and federal ADA accommodations laws, as when we told them one of the guests had a service animal, the cleaner called him “big and disgusting” and said that it don’t matter if it’s a SA it’s a dog and they saw us bring him in on camera so we must pay to clean up his allergens and fleas (mind you this is one of the most well kept SA’s I’ve ever saw he literally gives himself a shower -lol) and when we sent the cleaner the laws and information they advised us they were not allowing us to stay any further and that they were bringing their “security” to remove us if we failed to be out and anything in the home would be kept until the cleaners came later in the week (but of course they’ll and their “security” never showed up before we left the property and called the ADA compliance and reporting office and made a complaint with the city and booking.com!
