Two minutes walk to local shops and cafes. Generally well laid out apartment with modern appliances. Ceiling fan in living room and pedestal fan for bedroom, made it comfortable for Springtime climate.
Thick concrete walls and being the rear apartment was not bothered by road noise. Friendly quiet neighbours.
Nice area with lots of nice houses, trees and parks. Safe to walk. Not too far from ferries (downhill) and buses (uphill).
Firm bed was good for my bad back.
I found the online instructions to get the code a little confusing, partly due to the number of wordy emails stacked up in my phone, but a call to the agent got the code.
We arrived after dark and it was difficult to see the letterbox lock dial, even using my phone torch and getting down on hands and knees. Lucky it was not raining.
The apartment was two floors upstairs from the footpath and three floors from the driveway. No elevator. We managed OK, good exercise, but perhaps hard for elderly getting luggage up.
Twenty minutes uphill walk to main Mosman shops. Good exercise but maybe not nice on a wet day.
No air con. May be uncomfortable when hot and humid in summer, especially if windows need to be closed when wet.
One bed pillow smelled slightly stale.

The apartment was cosy & the host instructed very well. Comfortable & good facilities. Nice area & location.
Warm due to lack of aircon in the apartment.
