It’s a pity there aren’t many reviews for this place, so I will write in detail.
Very cozy, clean apartment with a mezzanine in a quiet neighborhood of Colmar. Tastefully decorated, with spotless, snow-white towels and bed linen. It's just a 10–15 minute pleasant walk to Little Venice and the Covered Market.
Our 6-year-old daughter absolutely loved the spiral staircase and the mezzanine level with the child bed — she slept there with great pleasure! There is also a double bed on the mezzanine, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed downstairs.
The kitchen is compact but very well-equipped: a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It's worth noting the excellent condition of the cookware, which is a rare find. We really enjoyed the terrace with a sun lounger, a table, a clothes drying rack, and even a slight view of the mountains. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. For parking, you can park either in the garage or right next to it in front of the building.
A few minor things to keep in mind: there is no oven in the kitchen (stovetop only), the bathroom has a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower, and it can get a bit warm on the mezzanine level in the summer (though a powerful fan is provided).
The apartment has almost everything you need, but it would be great if the hosts added a few essential starter items (like hand soap, extra toilet paper, and a couple of detergent pods for the washing machine and dishwasher). The kitchen comes stocked with coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper. There are ironing facilities as well, though the ironing board cover could use an update and the iron checked.
Overall, a wonderful option for a family stay. This apartment made our trip to Colmar even better — highly recommended!

Hyggeligt sted med lækker altan. Roligt og fredeligt. Perfekt med parkering.
Eneste lille minus var at der ikke var information om afskaffelse af affald.

Super cosy vraiment agréable la deco est très sympa
La baignoire pour prendre une douche c’est pas ce qu’il y a de plus agréable ( bien entendu on le savait à l’avance que ça serai une baignoire et pas une douche ) simplement un rideau pour pas mouiller partout serait pas mal du tout
