Great little place for a group of adults! We were in town from out of state for a funeral. It was nice to have all of us together to plan our days in the mornings and then debrief/ unwind at night! Very clean place, very quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located for our needs!

This stay definitely suited our needs, especially the yard for our dog. It's such a quiet area and so close to everything you would need or want. The host was very pleasant, informative and helpful. I highly recommended stay if your in the area

The house was just what we needed for our visit. It was clean, it was in a quiet neighborhood and it had a wonderful spot to walk our dog. It was close to shopping and dining venues. The host responded promptly when messaged. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location for the purpose of our trip to Gainesville. Close to grocery stores and other shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication. Host was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Cleanliness. All appliances worked. Stayed 3 nights.
