Welcome to SeaChase 702C, a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf-front condo located on the 7th floor of the C Tower. Sleeping up to six guests, this spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat offers stunning shoreline views and all the comforts of home for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway.
The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the breathtaking Gulf views and open onto a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the water.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a wet bar for added convenience. A full-sized washer and dryer make longer stays effortless and comfortable.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for family or friends. A sofa sleeper in the living room adds extra flexibility for guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.

I was a bit nervous because it only had 1 review, but this is not the owners' first time around the block with hosting rental properties. Beautiful view, perfect location, well-maintained (externally and internally) and had everything you need for your stay. We stayed in the central tower.You are provided a starter amount for detergent, tissue, dish liquid, etc, so bring more or prepare to purchase more if you shall need this for your stay.You are allotted (1) parking pass for your unit, and parking was not an issue.There were carts available to assist you with loading and unloading in your unit/car.There was an elevator and it was operational. The closeby and immediate beach access was a plus! You had to use a fob to get in and out, so I appreciate that that little area of beach was "controlled" access.

Seachase is a wonderful place to vacation for the family! Our condo was clean, bright, and had all the accessories we’d hoped for. We’ll be back!
