Convenient location, 10 minutes from the center of West Chester & Downingtown.
Easy parking directly outside of the barn.
Our space is best suited for short term stays, so we limit bookings to one week.

A beautiful getaway in West Chester, Pennsylvania, tucked away in the woods. It was so peaceful and quiet, and one night I even had the pleasure of listening to a thunderstorm roll through. I slept like a baby in this very comfortable, spacious, and quiet studio apartment.The space felt authentic, charming, and unique — truly a relaxing change from a hotel. I plan to stay here every time I come to Malvern from now on. Forget hotels; this was such a chilled, relaxed vibe.My only regret is that I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool! And the two little Frenchies who welcomed me were absolutely adorable. I seriously wanted to take them home — they were so cute, loving, and ready to greet every guest.Thank you for your great communication and for allowing me to stay in your beautiful, quaint, comfortable, quiet, and unique little barn.— Karen Myers

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay. Extremely comfortable for what is essentially a studio apartment -- though it lacked a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, it was very comfortable and convenient. The location is sort of 'rural West Chester' and not within walking distance of say -- downtown but the hosts provided a very helpful guide of restaurants, grocery and drug stores. It was a very quiet and restful stay. Thank you!
