It was the third time when we selected this facility for our short stay in Karachi. All staff were attentive and very cooperative. The Receptionist Ms. SANA extended warm welcome and provided high level of hospitality. She took care of us throughout our 5 days stay with friendly, efficient, and genuinely care.
The location of the facility is ideal to move around the city.
The bathroom requires more lighting as there is only one bulb.
The bathroom requires deep cleaning as it is very much dirty especially around the drain point.
Room air conditioner needs maintenance as it's performance is low.

Nice and cozy with a chill environment. Rooms are clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location is good too. Staff were helpful and polite, especially the lady host. Had a great time chatting with the security guards :D
The drainage in the bathroom needs attention, both the wash basin and the shower. Nothing was done about it upon complaining (maybe a very structural issue). Towels were also not present beforehand, and were only provided in a delayed manner (the second time of asking for them).

Everything was well organized and maintained to a high standard. I had a relaxing and enjoyable visit and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. I will happily visit again on my next trip! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever needed
