L’accueil, le dévouement, la qualité, le sourire, le professionalisme du Personnel rien à dire, tout est propre, tres gentils, des personnes incroyables qui s’occupent très bien des clients, Mr Kareem est Incroyable ainsi que le reste de l’équipe, je ne vais pas tous les citer, ils ont été là du début à la fin, et même pour les activités tout est très bien géré du début à la fin, merci à tout le monde c’est un 10/10

Das Kartenlesegerät war defekt, wodurch ich zusätzliche Kosten von etwa 160 Euro für Bargeldabhebungen hatte. Das versprochene WLAN funktionierte während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Zudem war der Verantwortliche für die Aktivitäten schlecht organisiert und gab kaum Informationen. Nicht empfehlenswert.
