Incredible service especially at the front desk with a lady named alaa adel and Muhammad - upon arriving we were told we were the guests of the day and upgraded to a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi and a gorgeous view. The breakfast food was the best I have had in Egypt and the view and the sea was gorgeous - only regret is I couldn’t stay longer so I will definitely be returning next summer.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly
The room that we reserved wasn’t the level we were expecting of cleanliness and the space of it. The room smelled cooking and oil but that actually was in only one room because we booked 2 rooms.

Room and bed were comfortable.
Pool was always very busy and a bit disturbing to see the amount of people in a small pool. We could not swim in the beach due to the amount of pebbles and rocks on the shore as well as jellyfish. The breakfast was of normal standards, nothing special.
