Spacious place. Host answers quickly, amenities all clean and easy to use. Ironing board could be used and shampoo was provided. Good value for money.
The apartment is not downtown. The icon shown on the map at booking.com is misleading.
Careful: when you come in at night, use a flashlight- the stairs are steep and the light switch is at the top of the stairs behind the door.
Hint: don’t set the fridge too cold, as things freeze quickly in there.

Nice place, fair price. It's about 30 minute walk from the downtown Fredericton.

Directions to access the rental was great. Plenty of parking.
The apartment was clean and spacious. I only used 1 bedroom and the washroom. The king bed was perfect. The bedding smelled really good.
I was only there for 10 hours; sleep and shower.
The shower was a little small but soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided.
Some noise from upstairs, water running down the pipes and creaking. I turned on the fan for some white noise and all was good. Quiet time is 10pm-6am so all was quiet during these hours.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fine. The towels were fresh and clean, and the bedding was also clean and comfy.
The shower was very small, the living room was rather barren. You could hear the residents upstairs. One bedroom was particularly loud. It was fine for an overnight stay, but wasn't anything special.
