Not so majestic heh ?

The only thing that was good about our time was the distance to the train station that helped with accessibility.

There was lack of detail on the steps of first stepping into the residence. first day was already bad. Checking in was rough, lobby was full of angry customers waiting for their turn check in. It was clear there was a lack of proper management within the staff/employee. I waited outside the building for a good minute in the current hot weather. Only the security was handling the customers, something that out of their main scope. Other than that, time was best spent outside of the room due to the stench coming from the toilet. An iron was given but a proper ironing table wasnt. One of the key lights of the room worked fine for only 2/4 days. Paid for 3 person, was provided 2 towels. I was scared the sofa bed was gonna fall apart every minute I'm on it. Remote for the TV barely worked w one battery in it. Couldn't even check w that. I had to figure out the messed-up/ reversed order of the given remote. Water kettle took to long that we gave up on having hot tea for breakfast. Checking out felt unprofessional. Person came to room at before 10pm to give back depo after I said I'm checking out early, greatful that they're honest on that part but still on the lack of formality.

Bad experience 2026

No parking inside for visitor/customer. Cannot parking outside. If you parking outside, then you will get summon by DBKL who works on Sunday. RM50 for each car. Hope everyone will take not about this parking issue.

Get summon by DBKL. Hard to find because the name is only MAJESTIC RESIDENCE.
