The flat was modern and comfortable. Location was good and a range of restaurants located near by.
The air conditioning did not work and the area was experiencing a heat wave. Despite messaging the host to report this and state I did not speak French, two electricians arrived the next evening who did not speak English. I tried to explain that the air con still wasnt working when they were leaving, but they just shook their heads. I immediately contacted the host again but she did not arrange a return visit of the electricians and said she had done everything she could! So our 4 day stay was extremely uncomfortable (especially during the nights). We had to have 2 showers a day (we had to ask for a 2nd towel each which the host initially questionned but then agreed to!). Finally, a hairdryer was not provided which was surprising given the price of the stay; the host said she would take this feedback on board.
