Incredible value for a hotel in the middle of Mayfair. The room was incredibly clean, the bed and linen was very comfortable. Great shower and also a very clean bathroom with toiletries. It's a capsule hotel so there's no windows, drinks facilities (there is a Londis next door) or TV, iron etc so it is very much back to basics albeit very comfortable basics with plenty of power sockets /USBs!
My only minor gripes are the lack of space to hang clothes (even a hook on the wall would be great) and the confusing room numbering system

The location was perfect for what I needed. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff were very hopeful whenever needed.
I had to walk through a building site outside the lifts to get to my room and nearly tripped a few times walking in and out.
