The location was perfect. It as a very clean and comfortable apartment with more than we needed. Very spacious and nicely decorated.
The pool was out of service and was disappointing since it was a very hot day. Also the WIFI was down when we arrived and didn't come back on until late that evening.

The property is nice and new. Our room had a very nice kitchen with full-size fridge and appliances. Good for business travelers. The location on South Lamar puts a lot of destinations within a short walk.
The bed faced a wall full of LED clocks and appliances. So it was a bit like sleeping in a kitchen. Also, you couldn't watch the TV from the bed, a bit unusual for a hotel. The vibe at this property is just a little off. There a bit of a ghost town/under construction feel. The bar area, while aesthetic, didn't appear to be in service (no tap handles on the bar). I think it would be good for business trips or festival travelers -- not so much for a romantic getaway.
