Het is een prachtig appartement, heel schoon en zeer goed uitgerust.
Het ligt weliswaar zeer centraal nabij het historisch centrum, waardoor het in een zone ZTL ligt. Dit gaf ons wat moeilijkheden om met de auto aan te komen.

The bed was in the cellar, and it was cold, which was a blessing because those days it was really hot outside. It fact, I ahd to use the airconditioning in the main ground-floor room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the shower was really good.
This whole idea os leaving food there but asking you to leave the money is a strange concept for me. Also, I was asked not to use this review forum if i had problems, so it makes me wonder what these reviews are for? I have never left a review with negative things out of spite. I have always been very honest, but if there had been negative aspects I would like to have the space to say it here.

La struttura presenta tutti i confort utili per passare in serenità un ottimo soggiorno anche di sole 24ore.
Mobilia nuova, look moderno e minimal sia nel soggiorno/cucina che in camera da letto, unita agli accessori per lo svago (SmartTV, play station, Wii fii) permettono di ottimizzare il passatempo, tra un giro per Piacenza (essendo vicino al centro città) e due chiacchiere sul comodo divano a penisola.
I due locali wc/doccia e bagno dislocati uno per ogni piano, sono molto funzionali anche se piccoli di dimensioni.
La scala a chiocciola che collega il soggiorno (a piano terra) alla camera da letto (al piano -1), anche se funzionale, è l'unica via utilizzabile per scendere/salire verso/dalla camera da letto.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung ebenfalls; alles sehr suber
Komplizierter check-in
Keine Parkmöglichkeit, obwohl anders beschrieben; nicht mal zum Entladen des Autos darf man vor dem Hotel vorfahren
Zu wenig Warmwasser....es reicht nicht zum Dusche von 2 Personen
