Wonderful family stay with a beautiful view

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a beautiful ocean view. It was a lovely place for our family to stay in Reykjavík, and everything was easy and convenient. We would happily stay here again.

Do not stay here, the host is one of the most rude people I have ever met.

The experience was completely ruined by the host’s insane behavior.

The host was incredibly rude from the start, refused to give us the free shuttle from the airport that is advertised all over the listing, then agreed to reimburse my taxi from the airport, and then made up an excuse after checking out and refused to reimburse me. I met with him in person to try to sort it out and he wouldn’t look me in the eye or allow me to speak to him. He just repeated his Nonsense reasoning and when I tried to speak he just started repeating it over and over again. He didn’t listen to a single word I said. It was like he didn’t even look at me as a human. One of the most bizarre and terrible experiences I’ve ever had with a booking.
