Fantastic location and helpful host with clear check in instructions and great recommendations for local things to see, eat, and drink. Funky layout but it worked fine for our group of four.
It could use an occasional deep clean. It was fine, but there were spots where it was apparent it had been missed in the between-occupants cleaning.

The location was ideal for walking around Reykjavík! The apartment was clean, and had what we needed.
The floor plan was quirky, you have to walk through the bathroom or through two bedrooms to get to the kitchen from the living room. There were a couple things in the apartment that could have used upkeep (a window blind that wouldn’t roll and the toilet flusher was missing the button) but nothing that we couldn’t handle.

The location was excellent, in the heart of Reykjavik
The property was very old, and dated. The footprint was very odd. We had to walk thru the bathroom to get to the kitchen and second bedroom. This was very awkward. The water smelled like sulfur making it unpleasant to take a shower
