Spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfy. On site secure basement free parking. Good instruction and info about key pickup and parking. The apartment located in a building just before Borg hotel. Ground floor was Shanghai restaurant which was not opened thro out my 2 days stay. Car park entrance is just after turning into the street. Have to get the key to open the shutter of the car park.

The apartment was at unit 201 in the building. I initially had difficulty locating the unit in the building as the booking page was condo-101, thinking that it should in the first floor. The first floor units were sealed by police. I think it would b helpful to label the door to the unit "luxury condo".

Very nice apartment. The host was very responsive which was appreciated!! The location was quite amazing and it was so increcible to also be able to have an assigned parking place in the basement of the building. They had a lock box which really came in handy when our group needed to go different directions and we didn't have two sets of keys. The location was very amazing. Let me say again.. the location was Amazing and the apartment was beautiful and had a washer and dryer!!!

They really need to document the parking garage process much better. 1. (the car entrance is not in the front of the building, it is on the side street before you turn onto the street in front of the building) We had issues with the garage door remote which we just kept pressing and eventually we could get it to work when entering, BUT, when driving out of the garage we could not get the remote to work so we needed to 1. Move the car in front of the garage door ready to exit, 2, Get out of the car, look up overhead at the garage door and press the up arrow to open the door. (this works all the time and is easy, but you just need to know this process). If you have trouble getting into the garage at any time you could always just drop off your passenger, have them go into the apartment door, go down to the garage and manualy press the open arrow button on the overhead garage door to open it for the car. (we didn't need to do this but we felt we almost needed to as just pressing the button over and over didn't alwasy open the door. The only other feedback is they ask that you take your trash down to the basement to sort. For the price we are paying for this apartment this is something they need to provide. 1. I banged my head on the corner of the overhead ceiling that was very low in the trash room and the low ceiling that is jetting out is not marked. 2. I didn't really understand all the different ways we were supposed to sort the garbage so I probably screwed up and put the wrong garbage in the wrong dumpster. I get Iceland is wonderful in their environmental processes but do not make your guests do this. Not only is it a safety issue due to the low ceiling, for the price we are paying for the rental this is a service the cleaning person should do.
