Great location. Stayed in 202 which was very clean and comfortable. Didn't use the kitchen much so cant comment on that. Host was accommodating when it came to an early check in request and gave clear instructions for our stay. Would stay here again.
Only comment is the breathability of the bedding wear but the comfort outweighed this issue.

Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for over a week. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was absolutely perfect to walk to attractions and to a ton of restaurants.
The combined washer/dryer didn’t really dry very well but it was nice to be able to wash at least.

Great price for a central location. Right by Bus Stop #4 and under a 10-minute walk to three major grocery stores. The layout is perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler.
Not a 1-Bed: It is a cramped studio with a corner kitchenette. Unsuitable for two people.
The Sofa Bed: Intentionally hidden from listing photos. It is thin, uneven, and very uncomfortable.
Late Policy Notices: A week before check-in, management sent aggressive messages about cleaning fees and forced me to accept the sofa bed. Even though it was technically within the cancellation window, it was completely impractical to find any other open accommodation during the Iceland summer rush.
Security Risks: Ground-level windows next to trash bins with poor locks. Your private room key is the same key that opens the main building door. Staff use the hallway constantly for janitorial storage, right outside your door.
No Laundry: The listing mixes up details from the upper apartment to make this basement unit look better.
