Disappointed as they cancelled the booking at the last minute and refunded my payment

The honest review on this is I didn’t stay as the accommodation cancelled my reservation a few hours after I had made it which was annoying as I booked it on the same day of travel. They said it was due to technical issues. I had to search for somewhere else to stay at the last minute

Great comfortable, and secure one bedroom apartment w comfortable pull out couch

Great location next to Harbor. Quiet and Safe on third floor with secure entry. Great kitchen and bathroom. Great to have black out curtains.

This isn’t a criticism but more so people know…Parking is convenient and below in a parking garage. Need to set up the app to pay for the parking like everywhere in Iceland.

Rude manager and gloomy flat

They sent us email with extensive instructions how it is customary to sort garbage in Iceland----about three pages but without any instructions where to actually dispose it which is simply rude!!!! No Instructions whatsoever about how to switch the lights on. We were not able to make it work, even though my husband is an electrician. The lights were totally messed up in this apartment making it very dark and gloomy. Feel like we were scammed!!! Not coming back!!! And it was kind of dirty and no paper towels left for us. Plus parking was extremely expensive! Dishonest description of the apartment!
