Our stay at Villa Eirens in Sentul was truly delightful. The facilities are exceptionally complete, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool is large and very enjoyable. Our whole family had an amazing time and genuinely loved every moment of our weekend getaway. Highly recommended for a family staycation.

The house is spacious, and the facilities are actually quite complete and appealing. There is a swimming pool, a karaoke area on the 1st floor, and a fairly well-equipped kitchen. They also accommodate requests for extra beds at an additional cost. Unfortunately, it is highly regrettable that the owner failed to ensure all facilities were fully functional for the guests to use.
1. The AC on the 3rd floor kept blowing hot air throughout our stay. It was reported, and while they had the good intention to check it, it remained hot for the entire 3-day stay, to the point where we had to move and sleep in the 2nd-floor living room.
2. The shower drain on the 2nd floor (master bedroom) was also not functioning properly. Despite being reported, the condition remained the same until checkout. When taking turns to shower, we had to wait quite a long time for the water to recede.
3. A chair in the kitchen was wobbly, so I moved it aside to prevent anyone from falling. Disappointingly, they accused me of breaking it, even though I had already informed them that it was already wobbly from the beginning.
4. On the final day, the water was completely off from the morning until almost 10:00 AM (even though we needed to use the toilet a lot that morning, especially for the kids). Our plans for an early morning trek were disrupted as a result.
5. They enforce a strict 'no footwear inside' rule, yet the floors weren't actually clean (our socks got dirty the moment we walked in). The rule is completely impractical.
