The property is very well located, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were well maintained. I particularly appreciated the spacious room and the overall quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
There was nothing major that I disliked. However, some areas could benefit from a little more attention to detail and maintenance.

Comfortable stay
The hotel staff do not respond to our enquiry for opening hours for the swimming pool during the booking process. Even after we completed our stay, the question remained unanswered.

Location
My rooms were not ready when I reached the apt at 3pm ish. After ~an hour, one room was ready, but I had to wait for the other one. But it’s a small matter compared to the washing machine.
Maintenance is the main concern I had. Washing machine is supposed to come with dryer. The machine was filled with dirty water when I first opened it. Then, the technician came by to rectify it. My nightmare started after it worked actually. I spent the whole night waiting for the dryer to work, but it didn’t. I gave it up and slept at 4am (after 2 trials) as I realized the dryer wasn’t functioning at all. I had to manually dry my clothes as I can’t leave with wet clothes.
