Absolut top Lage und nettes Personal

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage in einer Gegend mit viel Streetfood. Auch sieht alles im Hotel wohl designed aus. Auch bei Fragen konnte uns das Personal immer weiterhelfen. Alles in allem für den Preis ein schönes Hotel.

Leider war unser Duschkopf sehr locker (Schraube leicht raus gedreht) und wir hatten immer nachschauen müssen ob er uns nicht abfällt. Das habe ich aber als wenig schlimm angesehen, weshalb wir es auch nicht beanstandet haben. Schlimm ist es nicht, aber vielleicht hätte es dem Service beim Reinigen auffallen können.

Location

Smoking rooms. I checked in late and they told me that they only had smoking rooms. They tried to convince me that the rooms are not smelly. I am surprised that there r actually still smoking rooms available.

Modern, convenient, comfortable

Modern, classy, and big room. Great location for tourists- near local markets, gambir station, national monument etc. Intuitive design of the hotel and room, everything that you need , and more , is available. Delightful breakfast, both in the vareity and the quality of items.

No view, our top floor room just overlooked the next building. Not really a big issue for us though, as we stayed there one night.

Hotel in the Center of jakarta

Hotel is located close to the monas and a good Shoppingcenter for some Souvenirs. Everything can be reached by foot. Hotel room was clean and employees were friendly. In Front of the Hotel is every night a street food market

The breakfast wasnt good at all. Pasta with tomato sauce and some baked beans with sausauges. Jsut ate there once.

Location is good for friends and couples

The place is really clean and smells good! Staffs are friendly and really helpful! By the way, the Nasi Goreng opposite the hotel is superb

- breakfast is not good.. - no iron board in the room.. need to wait for turns

The hotel was very clean, neat and smell so good especially at the lobby. So many street foods to choose from right at your doorstep, couldn't ask for more☺

I wish the isle between the hotel rooms smelled as good as the lobby

Nice spacious room with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was quite good with good enough varieties. The location is quite convenient and in the evening, the street outside was lined with food carts that provided a good selection of street food. I was given a nice, clean and large room with a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly. They respond to my request for an iron and ironing board, and extra hangers very quickly.

Will be nice to have more space in the toilet to hold my toiletries pouch and a full size mirror. There was no place for me to place my toiletries and there was also no full size mirror for to\\

Very good

The room is sooooooo comfortable and clean. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Perfect location! Surrounded by street food and nearby department store. Shower gel’s scent is very great. I would come back here for sure.

I think toothpaste is a bit dry, please bring your own toothpaste.

Hotel have good facilities, the room smell good and very clean. The location is convenience to the tourist because it is near to tourist spot area and Gambir train station which the transit station to Bandung and others town.

The street turns at night into a beautiful street food road with very good and cheap dishes. It is a very beautiful hotel from the in- and outside. The view was amazing. Especially because it was my last stop, it really showed me Jakarta with their modern high buildings, view on the Monas, but also some parts of buildings that weren't that luxurious. All of that with a few roads of pedestrians and traffic made the view a nice art piece.

The place for breakfast was a bit small and so where the options. Some pillows had some weird stains on them and the window had a bit of bird poop. So the cleaning on that would be appreciated.

Great stay in the heart of Jakarta

I'll try to cover it all : 1st the staff (Ocha,Rio, and the rest of them) are helpful, pleasant, professional, and accommodating, a well deserved thanks to them. 2nd the hotel is 3 years old as of Nov 22 so it's clean and well looked after. 3rd which is most important the hotel is located in the heart of Jakarta eateries with street food all around you, and if that's not your thing you can walk to sarinah and you'll find chained restaurants such as pizza hut & subway and such. All in all i enjoyed my stay so much so i booked my next one whilst I'm at the hotel.
