We had a lovely stay here as a family. The room was well kept, clean and had enough space for us and our child without feeling crowded. What impressed us most was the service when we arrived around midnight. Despite the late hour, the staff greeted us warmly and made check-in easy. It was such a relief to settle in without any hassle after travelling for so long.

I was accommodated with early check in.the receptionist was helpful. Considering that people don't speak English on Bietnam, my life got easier.
I was there for one night

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff were genuinely kind. It's also only a short drive from the airport, which made it useful for our early flight. Unfortunately, the water in the morning was almost completely hot with no cool water coming through. Hopefully this was just a temporary issue because otherwise we'd happily stay again.

Location to airport. Room was ok.
Very noisy place. We were on the ground floor by the elevator and an outside garden area. Tv was hard to see from the bed.
