Walking distance to the airport (or 3/4 minute taxi). Friendly, professional staff. Modest price.
Soundproofing not optimal but … can’t be expected for the modest price.

Close to the airport with a shopt taxi ride. Breakfast included. The room had drinking water and kettle. A good range of toiletries supplied.

We stayed there for 5 hours to have a shower, relax, and sleep between flights.
The room was not super clean.

The hotel was close to the airport after a grueling delayed flight and very long wait through immigration. We were able to find a nice cafe up the street for breakfast. Very basic facilities in the room so was ok for getting some sleep before heading off to Hanoi the next morning.
Room didn't look like the pictures, they really made it look a lot better, but at least it was inexpensive.
Aircon was right over the bed and blew on us as we slept, so we could either freeze or be hot. Couldn't adjust the direction of the airflow so it wasn't ideal.
Was supposed to include breakfast but we were told on arrival that they no longer did breakfast. Not great that booking.com didn't update us on this. As it turned out though we did enjoy a morning walk up the street and finding a cafe for breakfast.
