Greta location and solid villa just needs some small tidy ups done.

Great size. Great location. Fantastic pool.

No air con in the lounge room was a shame. Just needs some touch ups done, sink fittings, toilets were average. Bugs got into the villa. Birds living in the roof, Just needs some cleaning up and would be excellent.

double booked? unsure, but Kusuma 2 was unavailable and alternative offered was filthy

The villa was unavailable (Even though booked ages in advance). We were 'upgraded' to another villa, which was filthy. The name of the alternative villa was mis-spelt in communication so we couldn't find it. Eventually we found the place and it was nearby the original booking. We were told Villa Kusuma was unavailable due to construction. We were told we would be moving to another villa after 4 days. We stayed one night & re-booked an alternative through booking.com. It was very stressful as we had paid $3000 and were uncertain if we would get our money back. Booking.com did arrange a refund. The property should not be allowed to advertise a villa that is not actually available.
