Location was great and it was easy to find the place. Near to the cable car station and near to the coach and train station though not the bullet train. That is far away from the city really, but there is a public bus (17) that goes there. The bus stop is also very near to the hotel and there are many eateries and stalls everywhere. Also, it was very cheap and the host was very helpful.
The mattress was rather hard, but I was given extra pillows to make it softer. One evening there was a cockroach in the room. Otherwise it was a pretty good place to stay.

A proprietária muito simpática, solicita, nos ajudou muito com ingressos dos passeios. O hotel fornece água de graça, além de todo dia ela nos dá fruta. Lavou as roupas que precisávamos . A localização é ótima, próximo de mercado, de ponto de ônibus e do teleférico para a janela do céu.
Tudo foi ótimo, mas se tivesse blindex no banheiro não molharíamos tanto o banheiro. Mas isso zero atrapalhou.

El personal es super amable. Vas a tener una experiencia increíble si venís a este hotel. El personal está siempre disponible para ayudar, nos han ayudado con todo. Las habitaciones super grandes y cómodas. La ubicación es lo mejor, a una cuadra de lugares para comer lindos y ricos, y sin el ruido de la calle. El barrio es muy lindo y a unas cuadras del cable para ir al parque, y a unas cuadras de la estación del tren de alta velocidad. Botellas de agua ilimitadas en recepción, es súper positivo. Es increíble este hotel. Ni lo duden. Nos quedamos 3 noches y estamos felices
