Es war sauber. Zentral. Die Lage war perfekt, um zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Ziel zu kommen. Metro 3 und 4 und verschiedene Tram und Busse. Ein Krankenhaus ziemlich in der nähe und es war trotzdem nicht laut. Wäsche waschen und bügeln konnte man auch. Ein Haarföhn stand auch zur Verfügung.
Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft, da man sich dort wohl und sicher gefühlt hat.
Wenn man dort mehr als zwei Tage verbringt, würden mir Putzutensilien für zb. das Badezimmer/WC fehlen. Es gab zwar einen Schwamm zum Geschirr waschen aber ein Lappen um die Oberflächen zu reinigen wäre auch gut gewesen, da die Papierhandtücher sehr dünn und schnell leer waren.

Excellent location, right beside the metro and less than 10 minutes to the city centre.
Finding the apartment itself was easy, but their instructions for actually getting in the door were unclear and had things mixed up. I had to contact them to get it sorted before I could get in.
The washing machine and kitchen facilities were ok, the bed was very comfortable, and the wifi was good.
Unfortunately we had a few issues during our stay. We left the AC on when we headed out, and when we got back from the airport a few hours later the apartment smelled of sewage — an awful, foul smell. We contacted the company straight away. They were slow to reply but eventually got back to us and said someone would come fix it that evening. No one showed up until the following afternoon, so we had to sleep in the apartment with that smell still lingering. This was our first night after travelling and we had an early start the next morning, so neither of us slept well. To their credit, they did eventually get it fixed.
Overall cleanliness was fine, but the shower was dirty when we arrived — there were hairs in the tray and around the shower, and water marks (from very limey water) all over the floor. Supplies were also limited: no shower gel or shampoo, and only two rolls of toilet paper left for us.
The oven door glass had been smashed by a previous guest, so we couldn't use it — and even if we could, there was no way to tell how to control it. We flagged this to the company, but nothing was done.
A few other things simply didn't work: the electric couch recliner was broken, and when I looked underneath to see if I could fix it, it was disgusting — full of dust and other unpleasant items, including a pair of tights. The fast-charging lockers in the bedroom also didn't work. They'd left extra pillows for us, but no pillowcases, and the pillows themselves were stained.
I'd stay with EasyLife again, but probably not this particular apartment, given the number of issues and how they were handled.
