I love how clean the room was down to the tiny details (yes I checked the lamps and no dust on them). The bed was very comfortable and the room was very cozy. The staff were accommodating and super helpful
The shower drainage was too slow

Still a great location (that doesn't change). The complimentary breakfast has always been decent but it is also more timely now.
Unfortunately, the rooms had an odour that would not be shaken off even after we requested air fresheners. Some of the coverings for the wall sockets are already coming off which is a shame cos they are quite nice. Had a problem with the water heater throughout the first day. The staff said she would fix it but never did before closing for the day and didn't hand the case over to the next shift. Overalll, the standards are falling and the price is rising. That is not a great combo.
