The apartment was recently updated, although some of the renovations and finishes could have been done to a higher standard. We really appreciated the location, especially the easy access to the beach. The beach directly in front of the apartment was never overly crowded, likely because most of the surrounding properties are single-family homes rather than large condo buildings. Parking was also easy and convenient throughout our stay.
The remodel did not appear to have been completed to a particularly high standard, with several finishes and details that could have been better executed. The unit was also extremely humid, often above 90%, which left everything feeling damp and contributed to a persistent musty smell. Overall, the property seems to be in need of a thorough end-of-season reset, including paint touch-ups, a deep cleaning, restocking amenities, and addressing general wear and tear.
