The location was excellent! It was clean, and I really enjoyed staying here
What I didn’t like was the communication. They don’t reply to WhatsApp messages, so you have to call them. After 3:00 PM, I couldn’t complete the self check-in at the kiosk. I spent about 30 minutes trying to figure it out and messaging support in a hot, stuffy room before finally calling them. That was a very unpleasant experience.
I had a reservation for 6 nights, and I also had to message through Booking support them to request room cleaning and arrange a cleaning time.
Another downside was that the fire alarm went off during the night. It turned out to be a false alarm, but it woke me up after a long and busy day of traveling

地點不錯，2號線新村站3號出口最近，但只有樓梯。稍微走遠一點從對面馬路上來有電梯可以搭（忘記是哪個出口）從地鐵站出來步行不用3分鐘即可抵達住處。附近吃飯也很方便，還有麥當勞、星巴克、貢茶。有兩家Olive young在附近，便利商店有7-11跟GS25。住宿期間若有問題透過booking.com的訊息聯繫都會很快回覆（只限韓文或英文）房間有附充電線、吹風機、離子夾，不需要自己帶轉接插頭過去。入住、退房跟行李寄存全部都是自助式的，房間清掃應該只有退房以後。有提供毛巾跟瓶裝水，牙刷牙膏需自備。整體來說還不錯，床跟枕頭都蠻好睡的。
當時只能訂到有附室內陽台的房型但一次也沒用過…而且要去陽台只能從床上爬過去，無路可走。電視後面積了非常多的灰塵，如果可以希望能有簡單說明電視遙控使用方法的說明。淋浴的時候就算已經把玻璃門關緊了，也還是會有些微滲水到外面。透過booking.com的訊息回覆都很迅速，除了退房那天早上想問能否暫存行李，但到了不得不退房的時間還是沒有回覆，只好改變後面行程提早出發機場。
