Private marina with Colorado River access for boating, fishing, and paddleboarding. Resort-style pool and jacuzzi. Clubhouse with pool table and social space. Secure, well-maintained community with beautiful landscaping. 50-ft garage plus additional parking where available.

- A doorbell camera is in place at the entrance for safety and security

Great stay away from the craziness of the casinos. Beautiful home with fun views of the wildlife in the marina right outside. Clean and ice cold ac. The ferry is right down the road. Shopping nearby too! Would definetly stay here again.

First, this Host did an amazing job of combining a lovely stylish aesthetic with pet friendly durability .... honestly, this is a very attractive condo, and very comfortable as well.
The only draw back/concern was the 3 flights of steep narrow stairs to enter. We saw nothing in the description about the stairs.
We would stay there again, we really enjoyed the setting, but the stairs were not expected.
It was clean, the beds very comfortable, shower pressure great! And located right across from Starcucks! Extras: a cute pet feeder, coffees and teas, lots of seasonings and an olive oil cruet in the kitchen!
