The Space:

Located in tranquil Quindalup, this refined retreat unfolds in an open-plan design where sunlight, spacious layout, and sophisticated styling flow effortlessly together. Thoughtfully styled with ocean-inspired details, the interiors strike a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The light-filled living area welcomes you with a spacious sectional sofa, large-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and views that draw your gaze toward the pool beyond.



The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. A large island bench with bar seating invites slow mornings over coffee. Just beyond, the six-seater dining area sets the stage for shared meals.



Step outside to a private alfresco haven, where a timber dining table, built-in BBQ, and shimmering pool set the scene for relaxed outdoor living. Unwind on the poolside loungers beneath the pergola, cool off with an afternoon swim, and savour freshly grilled meals on the patio.



As the day winds down, each bedroom offers a calm sanctuary—a place to rest and recharge after exploring Dunsborough’s beautiful coastline. The primary suite features a king bed dressed in crisp linens, an open ensuite with a freestanding bath, and direct access to the patio for quiet moments outdoors. The second king bedroom opens to a private courtyard, while the third bedroom offers a flexible layout with twin beds, trundles, and a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for families or friends. A second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower completes the retreat.



The single-level home also features central air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, reliable Wi-Fi, a full laundry with washer and dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles—everything you need for a relaxed, effortless stay.



Please note that the sofa bed can be set up upon request.



Please note that while you have the house to yourselves in private during your stay, the lot is shared with a separate studio, which may occasionally be occupied by the homeowners. Additionally, the garage is not available for use.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Although the separate studio may occasionally be occupied by the homeowners, this should not impact your stay. Please make yourselves at home!

Just a five-minute drive from Dunsborough’s town centre, you’ll find a vibrant mix of cafés, boutiques, and coastal charm. Start your morning with excellent coffee and pastries at Merchant & Maker, or try a modern Australian brunch at La Lah. For lunch, Eagle Bay Brewing is a local favourite with great food and stunning surrounds. In the evening, enjoy bold flavours at Pedro’s Mexican or a relaxed meal at Occy’s. If you’re after something more up-market, head into town for standout dining at Yarri, Blue Manna, or Lady Lola’s.



After exploring, wander over to the Christian Fletcher Gallery to admire striking landscape photography celebrating the region’s natural beauty.



Closer to home, a seven-minute stroll brings you to the soft sands of Dunsborough Beach for a refreshing swim in turquoise shallows. For a leisurely afternoon, Lakes Golf Club is just 12 minutes away on foot. And for daily essentials, Dunsborough Shopping Centre is an easy six-minute drive, keeping everything you need within effortless reach.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.



Airport: 30 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
