Amplio, nuevo, cerca de todo y en buena zona. El contacto con el personal excelente y te ponen todas las facilidades posibles.
Hay supermercados cerca, el río, el centro, metro, restaurantes
Por decir algo que es un primero sin ascensor, ibamos con carrito de bebé y un poco engorroso para subir y bajar.

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, tutti gli arredi sono recenti e in stile moderno. Il bagno è molto ampio. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione e 15 minuti a piedi dal palazzo Reale, Duomo e Mole e a 2 minuti dal Parco del Valentino.

Great location, close to everything. It was recently renovated, well equipped, clean, and the self check-in via lockbox was smooth.
The bedroom is connected to another apartment via an in-room Ikea door of 100€ value with 0 sound proofing. This idea of the owner, poorly realized, destroyed the comfort of the unit. When this is the case, usually double armored door is placed in the connecting point.
The paper/wood door is also completely not ok for safety reasons.
Earplugs are mandatory (they do not provide any).
Acoustically, people talking at low or normal voice volume in the other apartment were disturbing my sleep making it impossible. It's like having them next to you in the same room.
Moreover, the bedroom AC has a mechanic water ejection system, which is extremely noisy at the point to wake up and scare you during sleep (can happen also after you turned off AC).
The staff was not available for any kind of refund for the suffered issue, zero flexibility and understanding.
