Many good things about this place, but...

We stayed in this apartment more than once, and both times it was challenging to get in. The first time was because of miscommunication with the person managing it which was finally worked out, but the second time was because the previous tenants did not vacate at the time they were due to leave, so my wife and I were forced to wait outside for half an hour, and then wait another half hour or more for the place to be cleaned. First impressions mean so much, either positively or negatively!

Ok for a short stay, but no longer.

The size of the apartment was acceptable, and it was quiet.

Entering the apartment required ringing doorbells, then buzzing in through an app. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to get out of the courtyard. The parking spot is very small and tight to get into. While the apartment appeared “Newer” in the photos, it was in need of cleaning and repair. The floor was filthy, socks were black after walking around and the loft floor had a layer of dust. The bathroom fan was very loud, and the outlet pulled out of the wall. There was a random refrigerator unplugged next to the working one in the kitchen. In additional, the apartment is a 20 minute walk into the heart of Seville - where shopping, sites, and food is. The rental firm took over 24 hours to respond after message and calling for the WiFi password 3 times. Once the rental was over, we were locked out and had to reach out again for them to open the apartment so we could return a set of keys and access cards for the garage. It was all just too much to juggle to get into the parking lot and the apartment.

Lokalita výborná, komunikace s ubytovatelem špatná. Nemohli jsme se dovalat na uváděné číslo a byl pro nás velký problém se dostat do objektu. Jsme starší lidé a strašně moc času musíme trávit tím, abychomse dostali do objektu.

Objekt byl výborný, ale vzhledem k velikosti byly postele zbytečně malé. Netekla nám teplá voda nebo jsme nebyly instruovány, jak zapnou teplou vodu a ránobyl tam velký hluk od stékající kanalizace z vyšších pater. Inzerovaný objekt byl pěkný, ale né úplně nový, jak tobylo psáné, dle koupelny je už delší dobu používaný. Jinak pěkný.
