I had a wonderful 4-night stay here and honestly felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. Marrakech can be extremely hot during the summer, but one of the best things about this property is that, being an authentic riad, it stays naturally cooler and very pleasant inside. The whole property is also exceptionally clean and calm, with plenty of toilets and shower rooms, so everything feels convenient and well-organized.
There is a lovely common living room where guests and the managers naturally gather, making it very easy to meet people, have conversations, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. The rooftop is also spacious and offers a beautiful view, a perfect place to relax.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning made it easy to keep the temperature exactly as we wanted. The breakfast was also very good and served professionally.
But what truly made my stay special was the people. A very special thank you to Lahcen, the manager, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He was genuinely more like a friend than a manager. You can immediately see how dedicated and diligent he is in his work, and his kindness really adds something special to the whole experience.
I also want to thank the owner, who was equally warm, welcoming, and kind. He was always checking if we needed anything and would occasionally serve us tea and delicious drinks, which created a lovely feeling of being welcomed into someone’s home rather than simply staying at a hostel.
Overall, this place has a beautiful balance of authenticity, cleanliness, comfort, and human warmth. I’m very grateful for the memories and would happily stay here again.

I stayed for 5 nights in the private room and had a great stay.
The location is amazing, in a quiet side street but right in the middle of Marrakesh’s old town, 5 mins walking from Jemaa el-Fnaa.
All the staff working there are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I reached out with an issue or a question, it was resolved quickly. The lady making the breakfast was also very kind.
The WiFi works great, and the shower has hot water and great water pressure.
I also used their airport pickup service which was very helpful.
The furnitures are old, so don’t expect anything fancy (it’s just like in the photos). It’s a basic budget stay.
The breakfast is tasty and freshly made, but I suggest to make it a bit healthier (for me it was too much bread/carbs).
