The host was nice he tried to fix everything I complained about. He also went out of his way to help me with every request I had and accepted feedback very well. On my last night I had to travel out to another city so I did not sleep at the property when I came back to Marrakesh even if my stay was over he allowed me to come and have a shower and sleep for a few hours before going to the airport that was really kind of. During my stays one of the days I was sick and didn’t come out of my room the host checked on me and asked if I needed anything that was soo kind of him.
I think the property could do better on cleanliness and having things in order ahead of time like just having the room ready with all the necessary stuff and making sure the property is not over booked and guests find some one already waiting for them when they arrive .
