check in and out was easy although odd never seeing any staff. Clean and good value great location. Quiet. Bed very comfy.

I spoke to the owner the next day as we had no shower water. Plenty in basin for a wash but the shower was not working. She apologied profusely and we accepted that but it was still a sticking point for us, especially as we arrived very late after working. However we did receive a free queen bed upgrade which was appreciated
no tissues in bathroom that we could find and no water in shower
