Spacious and reasonably clean
Reception staff especially Ram was very helpful
Kind enough to provide packed breakfast as we had to leave early.
Housekeeping by Sushant’s team was decent
Manager personally visited to inquire about well being
Breakfast spread was limited considering the nature of the property.
No access to beach.
There are events throughout the day including cultural performance in the evening (at least on weekends)- no one briefed about this at check in.
Directions to amenities like restaurants need to be improved.
Restaurant service is below par (especially amo odisha).
Loud music with speakers were put on right outside the room for “pool party” (we had an infant with us)- upon complaining, volume was lowered.
Some staff were trying to persuade use of panda/purohit for temple darshan (they seem to be commission based).
Approach road is bad due to under construction flyover.
Toto to temple (20 minutes away) costs 900-1000 rupees round trip which is very very expensive- thanks to the remote location and also exploitation of perceived Sterling brand

The property is newly built with spacious, well-maintained rooms. It’s situated in a desirable area with good sea view. The staff are pleasant and approachable, while the reception team is particularly efficient and friendly in handling guest requests.
The auto-rickshaw services stationed outside the resort gate significantly detract from the overall experience. As these are the primary transportation option to reach the main city or temple (aside from ride-hailing apps like Uber), guests have limited alternatives. Unfortunately, the drivers are unnecessarily aggressive, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. Additionally, they consistently overcharge for every ride. I hope the resort management can address this issue, as it undermines what would otherwise be an excellent stay.
